The Chorus (2004) or it's original title - Les choristes, is a film that I'd recommend you watch.
It's a beautiful looking film with an uplifting story based on the Fond de l’Etang boarding school for naughty boys in rural France. It isn't until the new teacher Clement Mathieu arrives that things start to get better for the boys. Mathieu trys to understand their problems and inspire them through
his love of music.
