Whilst in Paris recently, I couldn't resist dragging the family along to Merci - a concept store full of innovative merchandise ranging from clothing, jewellery, cosmetics, books, furniture through to kitchen utensils but no handmade wedding invitations!!!!
It's a great store if you're starting a new home and soon there will an on-line website for easy shopping ...

must be time for a 'pick-me-up' coffee and croissant at either the 'Library Cafe' (above) or 'Canteen' both located in the store.
Another thing - Merci donates all of it's proceeds (after breaking even) to a co-op for your women and children in Madagascar. What a nice idea.
