The process that goes into place names whether luggage or tent style is -

print, cut, add ribbons, if luggage style or fold, if tent style....

Once we have them to this stage, it is then a sorting game.  They are all laid out (as above) so that the names can be seen and sorted into groups.

If the client has a table plan, we group all the place names under their correct table name or number.

 

We bag them together, with a copy of the table layout (as above).

This all makes for an easier and quicker process at the wedding venue when the place names are laid out on the correct tables.
