This weekend my 13 year old daughter Jemima, made me this beautiful smoothy. Seeing it was so pretty (and tasted excellent), I thought that I'd share it with you. What a great idea for an alternative to a non-alchoholic cocktail at your wedding.
1 x apple (cut into chunks)
1 x pear (cut into chunks)
1/2 a cup of orange juice
2 x tbsp of milk
14 raspberries
fresh mint to decorate
Blend all ingredients in a smoothy maker and pour into a glass.
